Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your LizProm order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within two weeks upon receiving your item(s).
- Standard Dresses
For your reference, a dress is considered standard when is made without special requirements(style, fabric) and in standard sizes. Full refund for all standard dresses.
- Customized Dresses
For your reference, a dress is considered customized when is made with special requirements(style, fabric) or custom size. 50% refund for customized dresses.
General Return & Exchange Process
1. Consult our customer service Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.
2. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.
3. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 10 business days upon receiving the return instructions.
4. Refund you within 2-3 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns.
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order in custom size by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
- Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
- Shipping fee is not refundable. For sending wrong items or items with obvious quality defects, LizProm will cover up to $15 postage fee.
