We want you to be completely happy with your LizProm order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within two weeks upon receiving your item(s).

  • Standard Dresses

For your reference, a dress is considered standard when no additional changes are made to alter the original style, color(As in picture) or fabric of the dress and US size 2-16. Full refund for all standard dresses.

  • Customized Dresses

For your reference, a dress is considered customized when additional changes are made to alter the original style, color (As in picture) and default fabric of the dress and plus size(US size 14W-26W). 50% refund for customized dresses. 

General Return & Exchange Process

1. Consult our customer service Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

3. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 10 business days upon receiving the return instructions. Please DO NOT use the expedited courier like UPS, DHL or FedEx and keep the tracking number safe.

4. Refund you within 2-5 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns. 

Size Problem:

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.

Please note:

  1. We have more than 3000 styles and more than 30 colors for each style. Please understand that we can't offer a full refund for all colors.
  2. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
  3. Shipping fee and expedited fee are not refundable. For sending wrong items or items with obvious quality defects, LizProm will cover up to $15 postage fee.
